- Upon inspection the tech scanned found no codes present. The tech found the transmission has no 2nd gear. The transmission is shifting 1-3. The tech found the band adjustment has an inch of play present. The tech pulled the pan, found the fluid full, dark, with metal present on the magnet. The transmission is in the early stages of failure. Recommend the transmission comes out for internal inspection and repairs. Advised customer of findings.
- Upon removal the tech performed a cooler flow test, no restrictions are present.
- Upon internal inspection the tech found the band is burnt, burnt frictions, and worn bushings. This transmission is showing it age, and is just worn out. The builder recommend rebuilding the transmission with necessary updates. Advised customer of findings, customer approved verbally by phone.
- Hot Flush – Heated cooler and cooler line flush. With pulsation in both directions.
