- Upon inspection the tech scanned found; P1604 – Start ability malfunction C1241 – too low or two high battery volts The tech test drove multiple times, found the transmission is working and performing as designed. When watching live data, again everything is with inspec. At this time we have no recommendations, if the condition continues then return for further repairs.
