Races show signs of heat wear, ring, pinion and carrier are in good shape. At this time the tech recommends rebuilding the rear differential.     • UPON PERFORMING OUR TESTING AND INSPECTION. WE FOUND THAT THERE ARE CODES. P0101 MASS AIR FLOW/CIRCUIT B1. U1002 CAN COMMUNICATION CIRCUIT. C1109 BATTERY VOLTAGE. THE TRANSFER CASE IS FAULTY (MAKING NOISE). THE FLUID IS BLACK AND CHUNKY. RECOMMEND REPLACING THE TRANSFER CASE.

The tech completed the service then performed the visual inspection. The tech noted the air filter is due for service, and the front rotors are showing wear. Advised customer of findings.

    • Upon inspection the tech scanned found codes: P0011 – Intake Valve timing B1 P1722 – ESTM VSS C1105 – RR WSS p2851 – OEM Specific C1729 – Vehicle speed error P0014 – Intake Valve B2 U0415 – VSS U1000 – Can Comm B2553 – Ignition relay b2617 – Starter relay ckt Tech confirmed the customers concern. The tech started the diagnositc for current codes. The tech cleared all codes and was not able to duplicate the condition. The tech found multiple codes are battery voltage related and oil condition related. Engine oil is over due for service. At this time the tech recommend engine oil service, and battery service. Then re test. Customer approved.
