Upon inspection the tech confirmed an agresive transmission leak is present. The tech found the transmission cooler line is loose, and when the vehicle is running excessive amounts of fluid is spraying from the loose line. The tech tightened up the cooler line and cleaned of the transmission residue. The tech took on a test drive, found the transmission has all gears present. The tech re checked for any leaks. Transmission cooler line are no longer leaking. The tech noted the front pinion seal is leaking. The tech also noted the front u-joint has excessive slop present, and recommend replacement of the universal joint.

UPON PERFORMING OUR TESTING AND INSPECTION. WE FOUND THAT A TRANSMISSION COOLER LINE HAS RUBBED AGAINST THE MOTOR MOUNT CREATING A HOLE AND CAUSING A LEAK. WE REPAIRED THE COOLER LINE. NOTE: RECOMMEND REPLACING THE A/T FLUID COOLER LINES WITH FACTORY OR OEM STYLE LINES.

Upon inspection the tech scanned found codes: P128D – TCM power control circuit 2 open The tech noted the shift cable can no longer be adjusted. When putting through the gears, at times the N will not show on the PRNDL. Tech confirmed the selector will not go all the way into park. The tech noted the shift cable needs to be replaced. Customer approved verbally by phone.

UPON PERFORMING OUR TESTING AND INSPECTION. WE FOUND THAT THERE ARE DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES. P0736 – GEAR RATIO ERROR I REVERSE. P0792 – COMPOUNDER SPEED RATIO ERROR. P1790 – FAULT IMMEDIATELY AFTER A SHIFT. THE TRANSMISSION SLIPS IN 1ST GEAR UPON TAKE OFF. THE REVERSE IS INOPERATIVE. RECOMMEND REPLACING THE TRANSMISSION.

UPON PERFORMING OUR TESTING AND INSPECTION. WE FOUND THAT THE BATTERY IS DEAD. THE A/T FLUID IS LOW , BLACK IN COLOR AND SMELLS BURNT. THE TRANSMISSION IS IN HIGH LINE PRESSURE AND THE COOLER LNES ARE LEAKING. THE FRONT MOTOR MOUNT IS BROKEN. THE ENGINE MAKES A TICKING NOISE AND HAS A MISFIRE. THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER IS FAULTY. RECOMMEND REPLACING THE BATTERY, DIAGNOSING THE ENGINE CONCERNS, REBUILDING THE TRANSMISSION, REPAIRING THE COOLER LINES, REPLACING THE FRONT MOUNT, AND REPLACING THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER. CUSTOMER APPROVED.
