Upon inspection the tech scanned found codes: P0513 – Immobilizer key incorrect U0101- Lost Communication w/TCM U0121 – Lot Communication with Electric Brake control module U0140 – Lost Communication w/ BCMA U18A2 – Lost Communication W/ Fuel pump driver control module B1325 – Control Module power circuit voltage below threshold The tech confirmed that the customers concern. After further inspection the tech found, the ignition lock cylinder control solenoid had failed, at this time the tech recommend replacement then re test. Advised customer of findings, customer approved verbally by phone for all recommended repairs.

UPON PERFORMING OUR TESTING AND INSPECTION. WE FOUND THAT THERE ARE DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES. P0736 – GEAR RATIO ERROR I REVERSE. P0792 – COMPOUNDER SPEED RATIO ERROR. P1790 – FAULT IMMEDIATELY AFTER A SHIFT. THE TRANSMISSION SLIPS IN 1ST GEAR UPON TAKE OFF. THE REVERSE IS INOPERATIVE. RECOMMEND REPLACING THE TRANSMISSION.

BATTERY – Remove & Replace – 12 Volt – [Includes: Test.]
Upon removal the tech performed a cooler flow test, the tech noted no restriction present. The battery will not hold a charge, the battery is 5+ years old and will need to be replaced.
Upon internal inspection the tech found the transmission is burnt up. Numerous burnt frictions and steels. Brittle pistons, scored bushings, and contaminated electronics. This transmission needs to be rebuilt, customer approved verbally by phone for all recommended repairs.
Hot Flush – Heated cooler and cooler line flush. With pulsation in both directions.

Upon inspection the tech scanned found codes: P090C-00 – Clutch B actuator control The tech performed the diagnostics for the current code and found the ground is good. The tech swapped the actuators, reset and re tested. The check engine light came on with same code present. The tech then inspected the wiring from the TCm to the transmission. Again all checked good. At this time, the tech noted a extended 5yr/100,00 mile warranty on the TCM. Recommend taking to the dealer for further inspection and repairs.
